There are not that many places to go for a cooked brunch in Amsterdam, but the options have definitely increased since we moved here.
Today I finally made it to Little Collins in the Pijp and it was YUM.
Slow roasted pork belly, fried egg, home fries and apple and beetroot salad. Washed down with a rhubarb Bellini!
